I am currently in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar but out of network for all other insurance plans.
If you choose to file for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance provider, I will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit directly. Please contact your insurance provider for your benefit details.
Cost
For all out-of-network appointments my standard rate is $150 for a 55 minute session.
I do have limited sliding-fee availability. Please call me to discuss your situation.
Payment is collected through the use of IvyPay, a HIPAA-secure app. The app allows the use of credit, debit, and FSA/HSA cards. Detailed receipts are also immediately available for download.
For all appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24-hour notice the full billing rate will apply.
